low calorie vs no calorie

here we are at that time again.
the time where i realize and acknowledge
that i have gained 28 lbs since last summer.
damned it all to hell and why does it
happen to me? am i pure evil and deserve it?

i am loving myself sick with Walden Farms products
they are zero cal, zero fat, zero sugar and glutenfree
and i discovered them one day while hanging
out at The Diabetic Depot

salad gets a little boring
and i get so darned tired of chewing
so what i have done is cooked
up a storm and pre-portioned
out 300 cal meals and froze them
i am down 10 lbs in 14 days

time for my breakfast of
one cup black coffee
2 slices toasted Glutino fibre bread - dry with Walden Farms no cal jam
2/3 cup frozen fruit from M&M Meats

Bea Arthur died, the snow melted,
I visited my mom, I broke out in
eczema horribly, and I'm sitting here
reading about swine flu while I
have a little upper respiratory
irritation and sip my morning coffee
not wanting to go to work.
Well, that would catch us almost
right up to date.
36 minutes to shower and iron and dress
and be at work.

Cafe beano makes the best coffee.
Imagine a triple latte but with coffee instead of milk. Yumma.

Glutenfree corndogs

1/3 cup white rice flour
1/3 cup tapioca flour
1/3 cup cornstarch
1 teasp potato flour
2 tbles sugar
1 teasp salt
2 teasp magic baking powder
1/4 teasp dry mustard
1 teasp xanthan gum
1 1/4 cup homo milk
2 eggs
2/3 cup cornmeal

Mix together all the dry ingredients.
Add egg and milk.
Stir well.
Dip hot dogs into batter and deep fry until golden brown.
Makes enough batter for about 8.
Freeze leftover corndogs and microwave to reheat.
